The Care for Europe project collects personal data about you. These data are used to keep you informed of our project progress and events. They are under no circumstances transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. The recipients are the members of the Care for Europe project, and the CNIL (French National Commission on Informatics and Liberty) in the event of control and at the latter's request. These data will be kept for 1 year after the end of the project, and then they will be destroyed. The data controller is the President of the French Red Cross and, by delegation, his Director General.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation No. 2016/679, April 27, 2016), you have the right to access, rectify, delete your data, as well as the right to object for legitimate reasons to limit the processing of your personal data.You can exercise your rights by contacting the project Steering Committee: info@care-for-europe.eu . In case of difficulty, you can contact the Personal Data Protection Officer at the headquarters of the French Red Cross at 98 rue Didot - 75014 Paris or at the following address: DPO@croix-rouge.fr . You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (France) or the corresponding authority in your country.
